Randstad will be holding open Interviews from 10AM-2PM for order picker positions in the Trenton NJ area on Wednesday September 4, 2013

Job Description:

1. Pick orders according to bay locations, procuring correct quantity and type of filter.
2. Utilize pick labels and pick sheets as necessary to pick orders.
3. Use hand-held RF terminals and radios as necessary.
4. Assist in physical inventory counts of finished goods as required.
5. Inspect cases of Coffee to ensure that damaged or otherwise defective cases are not shipped. Reports problems to Line Team Lead immediately.
6. Responsible for meeting established unit production standards.
7. Keep work area neat, clean, organized and under control.
8. Responsible for observing safety rules at all times and reporting unsafe conditions to department supervision.
9. Responsible for quality and safety of own work and compliance of all company procedures and policies.

Communication Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups or customers or employees of the organization.
Additional Skills - Ability to read and understand the English Language. - Ability to write legibly and count accurately. - Knowledge of basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division). - Must be certified on all equipment needed to complete job task. - Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Physical Demands
