AppleOne has an immediate need for a part-time Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative. This part-time position is Monday-Friday, 25 hours per week. Immediate job functions are: Handle Incoming Calls Meet and greet visitors Usage of postage machine Sales campaigns and mailings Customer Satisfaction Surveys Filing Updating Sales Databases Open and distribute mailEventual job functions will include: Process credit applications Order office supplies Ebay sales Look up tracking order #s from shipped orders Analyze data for Quality Objectives Taking orders via telephone Skills/Qualifications: HS Degree or equivalent Excellent Typing Skills Proficiency in MS Word/Excel Reliable transportation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organizational skills Prior Customer Service Experience (she stressed on the experience aspect) Flexibility and Customer Guidance Patience Creativity Strong Questioning Skills If you are looking for part-time work, this may be a great opportunity for you.
