Tax- Audit Manager - CPA

 

My client is interested in adding an Audit Manager to their team!!!

 

Audit Managers are a liaison between the partner, the client, and the professional staff.  This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple client engagements and for delivering high quality and timely service. Audit Managers are responsible for all phases of the engagements and is involved with regulatory, accounting and audit issues that arise during engagements. Audit Managers provide coaching, advice, and support to team members in meeting client and self-development expectations and are expected to assume leadership roles within the Audit and Accounting department.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

• BS/BA required in Accounting or related field; Master’s Degree preferred

• CPA required

• A minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience

•

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Expert knowledge of accounting principles.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to develop strong customer relationships.

• Ability to work extended hours during busy seasons as well as frequent same-day travel.
