Product Specific Technologist at Jersey

Our client is seeking a Product Specific Technologist in Jersey City, NJ.

• Assist in porting applications to a SOA / Grid / Sunrise Infrastructure


• Support applications running on the Grid / SOA / Sunrise infrastructure - including weekend/off hours support for production


• Responsibility for development and ongoing maintenance of a Grid / SOA / Sunrise

Qualifications:

• Strong Operating Systems skills (Linux, Windows or Unix)


• Good Knowledge of TIBCO / Middleware products (GridServer, Business Works, iProcess, EMS, GridServer, WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat ) is a plus


• Knowledge of programming skills in Java and/or C++ is a plus


• Scripting knowledge is a plus (e.g. Perl, Bash, Python, and C etc.)


• Detailed system architecture knowledge


• Production support experience is a must


• Utility Infrastructure


• Good verbal and written communication skills


• Self motivated and able to meet goals with little oversight
