Your individual contributions will make a difference and effect change within an organization with a model of continuous improvement.The Payroll and Benefits Team strives to provide excellent customer service to all Volt field employees and internal teams. Team members assigned to each respective region will be accountable for end to end resolution of all issues including those that require escalation. Key responsibilities include building relationships with field employees, answering questions, resolving issues, identifying root causes of payroll challenges and recommending solutions. All employees will be expected to work as an individual, as a team, and as a member of the region they support.Accountable for 1st call resolution of all field employee issues.Integrate with the regional ER and program teams to ensure consistent messaging and resolution.Act as the liaison in conversations between the OAD and the region.Answer and resolve employee concerns in a timely manner.Communicate assignment information, policies and procedures to employees.Answer incoming benefit related questions, and work with corporate Benefits as needed.Assist in timekeeping related issues, questions and set up.Process incoming time and proactively manage missing time.Resolve all payroll related issues and process non-billable pay.Utilize Volt and team data systems, including Altiris, to enter and maintain complete and accurate data.

Job Requirements

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying.Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in comparable field preferred.Customer service experience required.Volt is an equal opportunity employer.Find out more about us by visiting www.volt.com.
