RN, Clinical Manager - Full time, benefitted position working every other week!

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse with home health supervisory experience to fill the position of Evening & Weekend Clinical Manager in our Medicare Certified home care office in Millville, New Jersey. This is a full-time position that only requires you to work every other week . If you are a Registered Nurse looking for a great opportunity to utilize your supervisory, clinical and triage skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you! The specific hours of the position are Monday - Friday 5pm - 8:30am, and Friday 5pm through Monday at 8:30am every other week. You will also be required to make 7 patient visits during the week you are working.

The Evening and Weekend Clinical Manager is responsible for managing all incoming calls and workflow when the office is closed. You will work directly with the answering service in retrieving messages and returning calls promptly. In addition, you will be required to make direct care visits to clients in Cumberland County during evening and weekend hours as needed. On weekends, you will work with an established team of caregivers, assigning staff and managing resources to cover weekend visits. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, assessment and customer service skills, as well as the ability to assess and triage effectively. Prior home care or case management experience is a plus. The case management and workflow processing is done utilizing electronic medical software documentation, so strong computer skills are necessary.

Requirements:

• Licensed NJ Registered Nurse.
• 2-3 years recent medical/surgical nursing experience.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Prior management experience.
• Ability to triage calls, problem solve and delegate tasks.
• Prior home care or case management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OASIS and Medicare COPs for home health.
• Excellent communication, organizational and mentoring skills.
• Strong technical skills; experience with EMR software.
