The Senior Technical Recruiter/ High Volume Recruiter performs key phases of the recruitment and selection process IT Developer, Architect, PM roles, ensuring that the company attracts, selects and retains highly talented individuals.

Qualifications:

Seven or more years of high volume recruiting experience.

Experience using behavior based interview techniques.

Ability to attract talent from Wall Street financial firms within IT sector.

Ability to travel and attend local job fairs as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree.

High volume recruitment experience in financial services environment.

Proven ability to work well in a fast paced environment

Seven or more years of recruiting experience.
