Compensation: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year

Thriving Environmental Management company is seeking an accomplished , success driven Human Resource Business Partner to join our dynamic team of Human Resource professionals. The Human Resource Business partner will be spearheading strategic initiatives concerning employee relations, staffing and talent acquisition. The Human Resource Business Partner must have a background in counseling managers regarding disciplinary actions, performance improvement and in conducting employee investigations, recruiting ,identifying talent and business leaders, and building policy concerning succession planning. The Human Resource Business Partner will also educate employees concerning benefits administration, be involved in due diligence concerning business acquisitions and understand and communicate human resource policies .

Job Requirements

The requirements for the Human Resource Business Partner is a BA degree (HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology preferred), Bilingual Spanish (preferred), 5+ years of HR Generalist /Management experience .
