HR Assistant at Bedminster

Job Description

Our client is a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to deliver therapies that transform the lives of patients with rare diseases worldwide. They are looking for a temporary HR Assistant to work in their Bedminster location.

Position Overview: 

The temporary HR Assistant is responsible for scheduling and coordinating interviews. In this role, you will work with the Human Resources staff, department administrators, agencies and/or candidates in scheduling interviews in a timely manner. This is a temporary position, lasting for about 6 months.

Responsibilities of the HR Assistant:

  • Coordinate the scheduling of interviews for all levels of positions
  • Work with Human Resources associates, department administrators, agencies and candidates to facilitate timely interviews
  • Track and maintain recruitment updates for Human Resources
  • Monitor candidate interviews while onsite to ensure that the schedule is followed and the candidate care process is adhered to
  • Arrange for all travel and lodging for candidates utilizing out preferred travel agency

 

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience functioning in a high volume recruiting department
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Heavy Outlook usage
  • Demonstrated alignment with values and culture
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner with all levels of staff

 

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
