PeopleShares Princeton, NJ office has an immediate need for an experienced Administrative Assistant with an established Construction Corporation in East Windsor, NJ.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide Administrative Support
  • Answer Incoming Calls
  • Job Scheduling 
  • Data Entry
  • Customer Service
  • Account Management
  • Sales Support
  • Research
  • Order Entry

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Administrative or Customer Service role
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications - Word, Excel, Outlook
  • College Degree preferred
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Construction experience a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
