Client Administration SupervisorARI (Automotive Resources International), a billion-dollar fleet leasing and management company, headquartered in Mt. Laurel, NJ has an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated strategic individual to monitor all functions associated with the Client Relations Customer service Center. This includes ensuring all clients enrolled in the Fleet Administration program receive quality support in a professional and timely manner as well as supervision, training and development of all personnel.
A qualified candidate will develop schedules and tracks daily call activity to ensure optimal response time while monitoring the quality of the representatives calls and takes action to improve call quality to ensure client satisfaction. Oversee the departments call management system. Make recommendations and implement process improvements to increase efficiency. Interacts with other departments and sales offices to resolve customer issues and respond to customer requests. Run daily and monthly reports to track departments productivity, and creates, manage, and distributes customer surveys.
The position requires a Bachelors degree with customer service experience in a retail or wholesale environment. A thorough understanding of the fleet management industry is a definite plus. A candidate must be detailed oriented and able to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to all levels of staff, management and clients. Must be detail oriented and have the ability to manage multiple priorities. A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required. Must have the ability to conduct productive meetings and presentations as required and must be willing to attend client meetings as needed.
