Responsibilities: Our client is seeking a Technical Architect in Hoboken, New Jersey (NJ).Definition:The primary responsibilities will be to architect, design and deliver well-designed software using WebCenter Portal 11gJob Description:

• Review and assess current WebCenter Portal Design/Architecture
• Assist with the review, analysis and resolution of WebCenter Portal issues
• Review existing application and understand the architecture and capabilities
• Ability to articulate risks and recommend project approaches and solutions
• Interface and coordinate with other teams whenever required
• Understand and review functional/ nonfunctional requirements

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

• Overall 7 years of architecting/designing portal applications
• 3-5 years of developer experience in Web Center Portal 11g platform
• Hands-on experience large end to end Oracle Web Center Portal 11g implementations as Technical Architect
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Coherence Cache and its integration with Oracle Web Center
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Universal Content Manager (UCM) and its integration with Oracle Web Center
• Strong knowledge of ADF, ADF Faces, ADF Task Flow, Data controls and ADF Business Components
• Possess deep knowledge of the Oracle Web Center and have successfully delivered web based portal applications
• Understanding of design principals, patterns and best practices
• Experience in designed UML diagrams using Visio, writing conceptual design documents
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Local candidate preferred; Stable career history
• Previous Insurance / Re-Insurance Experience
