Classification: Help Desk/Tech Support ICompensation: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour
Our growing client is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide level I support to end users. As the level I Help Desk Analyst, this individual will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving basic PC issues. He or she must have experience providing hardware and software support, responding to down machines, network connectivity troubleshooting and basic programming skills. Job Requirements
