MarketSource, Inc. is currently searching for knowledgeable, experienced sales professionals familiar with US operator business channels and related mobility strategies driving CPE (customer premise equipment) sales and related services.
Major Responsibilities:
Develop deep understanding of each wireless carriers enterprise channels and related vertical market strategies and objective to drive CPE/mobility sell through.
Identify key vertical and customer opportunities within each wireless carriers enterprise sales channel to ensure Nokia devices are recommended first with clear value propositions via hardware/software/applications differentiation.
Manage and develop sales strategies in conjunction with key with the Clients enterprise leadership to ensure sales goals and forecasts are consistent with the Clients long-range strategic objectives.
Responsible for achieving assigned sales quota.
Manage all sell in and sell through activities, marshaling company resources necessary to achieve high degrees of customer satisfaction.
Develop sales and promotional campaigns in conjunction with Clients marketing department to drive brand awareness and related sell through in targeted vertical markets customized by carrier.
Provide regular input to Clients product development to better align with targeted vertical market needs.
Develop and maintain key relationships with carrier management and enterprise customers.
Develop and manage relationship with key wireless carriers enterprise product and application management.
Develop and document carriers sales and product management organization.
Develop and document understanding of carriers verticals and vertical requirements.
Maintain a regular schedule of contact via phone/on-site visits aligned with overall strategies/objectives per carrier
Secure opportunities to participate in/attend/present at carrier sales meetings/ conference calls to sell Clients value proposition.
Develop sales presentations to match companys products/services with identified customer needs.
Maintain sales records and prepares sales reports as required.
Create monthly sales action plans per carrier to effectively meet Clients B2B sell through targets.
Identify quick wins where Clients Windows devices offer clear differentiation from competitive products.
Provide weekly inputs into Clients supply demand planning as necessary.
Job Requirements and specialized knowledge/skills/abilities:
Education: Bachelors degree minimum with 8+ years relevant experience in Wireless Solution Sales in the wireless and IT industry segments. Technology experience in wireless, security, and e-mail is required. Experience working for and/or selling to a wireless carriers enterprise channel strongly desired. Collaborative sales experience in a matrix sales organization strongly desired.
Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with professional appearance and team oriented approach to the position in play at all times.
Strong, proven sales planning and related strategy design and implementation to achieve sales targets required.
High level of knowledge of companys products/services and related pricing strategies to drive competitive opportunities to close.
Proven ability to build and maintain key relationships that lead to substantial, long term business growth via high customer satisfaction levels.
Travel:
Extensive travel required (approximately 50%) and will be based on identified business needs in collaboration with key Clients Enterprise leadership.
