Job Requirements

Residential Assistant is required to have at minimum a High School diploma, or equivalent, plus six (6) months experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities; Valid drivers license in a good standing.

Residential Supervisor positions: Candidates must possess an Associates Degree with 1 year experience working with the Developmentally Disabled population: OR a High School Diploma and 2 years working with the Developmentally Disabled population: AND 1 year supervisory experience in a mental health or social service field; good verbal and writing skills; Valid drivers license in good standing
