**** This job can also be based in Universal City, CA**** * Design functional solutions to solve business problems and needs; review design recommendations to ensure quality and consistency across the footprint * Facilitate business requirement definition sessions * Perform fit-gap analysis via discovery by engaging with business units and other SAP CoE team members * Review and/or participate in solution build and test activities on BPC implementations, rollouts, or upgrade projects; may be asked to step in to conduct project management activities from time to time * Advise on solution roadmap for BPC projects taking into account current Microsoft and Netweaver footprint * Conduct comparative research and recommend strategies for migration from BPC Microsoft to Netweaver and platform consolidation * Collaborate with peers in the CoE to apply best practices to integrate between SAP applications (ERP, BW, BO and BPC) * Represent expert voice of the SAP CoE with other IT groups in envisioning sessions * Become the trusted internal advisor for key business users * Assist in troubleshooting level 3 production support issues * Enhance expertise in the area of SAP products relevant to Enterprise Performance Management, by keeping abreast of literature, participating in webi/seminars, industry and SAP events as necessary

* Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business from an accredited institution or equivalent * 7+ years of progressive Outlooksoft/SAP BPC MS and/or BPC Netweaver hands on experience leading up to Architect level work in a consultative and/or IT capacity with at least 5 BPC project implementations of high complexity and large scale * Expertise in implementing the planning functionality of BPC primarily for Finance and secondarily for other domains * Ability to perform fit/gap analysis and functional design * Demonstrate excellent verbal/presentation and written communication skills * Possess interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of BU and IT * Self-starter to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a keen desire to learn and expand depth of knowledge * Exhibit collaboration and teamwork skills * Adherence to IT/SAP project methodologies, and change control processes * Familiarity and comfort in working with outsourced offshore resources * Onsite work location - Universal City, California or Englewood Cliffs, NJ * Willingness to work off business hours and weekends as needed in a demanding environment

* BPC EPM 10 Netweaver experience * Migration experience from MS to NW platform for BPC * BPC NW Consolidations experience * Familiarity with SAP ERP or BW in a functional capacity * Project time and cost estimation ability * Media & Entertainment industry experience * Project management familiarity/experience * SQL server knowledge * .NET understanding * ABAP knowledge * Familiarity with PPMC ticketing system and HP Quality Center testing system * Passion and desire to make a difference matched by ingenuity, dedication, and pragmatism
