HOME PERFORMANCE ADVISOR ("HPA")

Job Title: Home Performance Advisor; SalesRepresentative;Field Sales; Regional Sales; Territory Sales

Home Performance Advisor Overview: A field-based sales position predominately working with customers in their homes to determine the appropriate scope of energy efficiency home improvement work, complete the purchase and schedule the installation service.

Home Performance Advisor Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a thorough in-home assessment

Deliver accurate, detailed paperwork including a Property Overview

Explain the features and benefits of home energy efficiency improvements to our customers

Identify customer motivations and handle objections as needed

Meet or exceed individual sales goals (volume, quality, and product)

Attend regular team meetings and participate in team conference calls

Accurately record and report all channel KPIs daily

Develop a robust customer network that will allow for self-generation of leads through repeatbusiness, customer referrals, and neighborhood outreach to all homes immediately surroundingassessments and installations

Commit to measurable personal development demonstrating honesty and self awareness

Proactively establish and maintain positive internal and external working relationships
