  Job Summary:
  Responsible for providing continuous, quality, cost effective nutritional care to home care patients. Provides nutrition education to the community.

  Job Requirements

  :

  BS in Nutrition/Dietetics or related field.

  Registered Dietitian or Registration eligible

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  Able to work flexible hours and some weekends.

  Possesses knowledge and understanding of the varying nutritional needs of each age level i.e. infant, adolescent, adult and the geriatric population; and all disease states.

  Acquires licensure and registration within one year of hire date.

  Possesses basic knowledge of Windows Applications, Microsoft Office Programs, and is able to learn new computer programs.
