Job Requirements
Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for production scheduling, computer based estimating, parts purchasing and insurance company interface. Qualified candidates will have experience with coordinating shop production using efficient production processes that improve quality and reduce cycle times. This position is a stepping stone to the General Manager’s position which is where most of our promotions come from.
Production Manager
As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for production scheduling, computer based estimating, parts purchasing and insurance company interface. Qualified candidates will have experience with coordinating shop production using efficient production processes that improve quality and reduce cycle times.
Estimator
As a Front Door Estimator, you will be responsible for interacting with our customers and estimating physical damage using either the CCC Pathways or ADP Shoplink estimating software. You will also be responsible for writing estimates based on DRP estimating requirements.
