Overview:Bloomingdales is seeking an energetic Customer Service / Cash Office professional to join our team. This highly-visible opportunity requires a dynamic, independent, multi-tasker to be in the heart of the store. If you are highly organized and have superior customer service skills, we would really like to meet with you.Key Accountabilities:

OUTSTANDING Customer Service priority and Teamwork Oriented

Counting, balancing and creating the store deposit daily. Making change for store associates.

AnsweringCustomer Credit issues, answering both Customer and Store Associate questions.

Answering phones when executives are not available

Gift wrapping, Selling Gift Cards and Greeting Cards.

Paycheck payouts and gift card/prize distributions.

Organizing stores Paycheck Distribution

Assist customers charge accounts questions

Actively listen and resolve customer questions and concerns

Skills Summary:

• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers; demonstrates an energetic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures
• A team player who possesses the ability to work in a learning environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management
• Friendly and professional personality
• 2 years prior experience - retail experience a plus
