The portfolio includes heritage brands JOHNSON’S® Baby and BAND-AID® Brand, as well as leading skin care brands such as AVEENO® and CLEAN & CLEAR®.The Scientist II R&D supports a range of projects including formulation development, investigation to resolve technical issues, and competitive product analysis. The successful candidate will execute technical aspects of projects, and work with cross-functional teams to implement projects. The Scientist II interfaces with internal and external business partners including Operations, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Regulatory, Scientific Affairs, and Technical Transfer. Proud to be an equal opportunity employer.QualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Biology or related scientific discipline with at least 3 years of relevant related experience.Work experience within OTC and/or Consumer Product industry experience is highly desired.Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is preferred.Experience with multi-discipline project teams and exposure to marketing, supply chain and regulatory development requirement is preferred.Experience setting up experiments and analyzing data is required.Experience within product development, specifically related to skincare is preferred.This positionrequires the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).This position will require up to 10% of local travel.BE VITAL in your career, Be seen for the talent you bring to your work.
