New Jersey MENTOR is seeking a Program Director to manage the day to day operations with our Specialty Services programs in a community or small geographic area. Program Directors ensure quality of services delivered and compliance with regulatory requirements. This individual will provide case management reviews, case supervision, and supervise assigned staff and support the development of and oversee the implementation of service plans. This individual also oversees clinical and crisis management and investigates internal incidents as required. The Program Director manages, hires, trains and schedule staff meetings.

Specialty Services Programoperates At-Risk-Youth Group Homes throughout the state of New Jersey. The program provides intensive treatment for youth with significant emotional, behavioral and psychological complexities. Specific examples of these types of events include victimization of trauma, extreme assaultive behaviors, fire setting behaviors and sexually problematic behaviors.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Social Work or another human service related field.
• Valid state licensure as an LSW, LCSW, or LPC preferred.
• Crisis management and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to collaborate and lead a multi-disciplinary team.
• Must have at least 2 years experiences working with youth at risk population.
• Must have management/supervisory experience.
• Must be flexible and willingness to travel
