An outstanding opportunity is currently available for a qualified and experienced nurse to join our Clinical Management Team at the West Orange campus.
Night Shift 11:00pm-7:00am (M-F)
In this highly visible, rewarding and challenging position, you will assume a key leadership role and be responsible for:
* Providing direction, education, clinical development and training to the nursing
team
* Serving as a resource/consultant, overseeing and providing nursing care as
appropriate
* Collaborating with staff to allocate resources for efficient delivery of
rehabilitative care
Job Requirements
* BSN and valid NJ State licensure as a Registered Nurse
* BLS and ACLS certification; CRRN required after meeting eligibility requirements
* A minimum of five years progressive experience in nursing, including supervisory
experience with strong clinical and leadership skills, initiative and problem solving ability
* Superior interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written) and high level of
proficiency in addressing and resolving customer service issues is essential
* Experience in acute medical rehabilitation or med/surg acute care preferred
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
