MANUFACTURING ENGINEER at Thorofare

Job Description

Participate in the design, development, production, testing and continuous improvement of our Laboratory Equipment products. 

 

Work directly with Manufacturing as well as Engineering to establish production flows, methods, test standards and tooling. 

 

Troubleshoot problems and improve processes using Six Sigma and Lean concepts.  

 

Assist with Safety program through workplace design.  

 

Lead change by fostering employee involvement.

 

Assist in reviewing/designing key performance metrics.

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field and minimum of 3 years experience.

 

Must possess the strong interpersonal skills required to work closely with multiple departments.

 

Must have the ability and interest to work directly with production employees.
 

Proficiency in Solidworks.

 

Self-motivated and well organized.

 

Ability to travel internationally.
