Award winning woman-owned staffing firm is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to start immediately. The main focus of the Client Service Coordinator role is to provide personalized service to temporary employees and interns contracted through several of our clients. We are looking for someone who is extremely driven, personable, and professional. The Client Service Coordinator must be very computer savvy and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Assist candidates with new hire paperwork
- Responsible for daily follow ups, creating work orders, and providing system login credentials
- Assisting with all inquiries regarding paychecks, W-2, benefits, W-4, I-9, expenses, etc.
- Assisting in executing a more concise on-boarding process for new hires
- Ad Hoc Projects as necessary
- Weekly work order audits
- Weekly timecard audits
- On-board interns and temporary candidates daily
- Send and collect accurate paperwork, initiate background checks, drug tests and other additional testing (when required)
- Daily follow up on completed paperwork and forms
- Daily follow ups on the on-boarding process in general
- Employ cost effective methods for international background checks and drug tests
- Weekly work order audit
- Issue login credentials and expense e-mails
- Monthly timecard audit and purchase order reports
- Draft offer letters and employment verification letters
- Update work orders and purchase orders
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is REQUIRED
- Minimum of three years of client services coordinator, customer service, or account management experience
- Ability to work occasional overtime as required, however position is exempt (overtime eligible)
* Please note the Client Service Coordinator can work from the Jersey City or Little Falls office.
