Job Description
Six Flags is looking for a seasonal Business Assistant to support the maintenance division with execution of the Maximo Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Execution includes: planning and scheduling, ongoing analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) at all levels, applicationprocess modification as necessary and effective communication with all stake holders. This position will report to the Business Analyst.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the execution of data loading.
- Responsible for executing data migration activities.
- Ensure specific tasks are identified and resources are scheduled via timely and efficient process.
- Provide the departmental managers and project managers with appropriate reports and KPIs.
- Execution of gap analysis between the application and the existing park systems.
- Maintain process controls to meet audit and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical assistance, recommendations and training as required.
- Organize maps and documents for retention purposes.
- Maintain and upkeep Maintenance Records Room.

- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office Suite including MS Project) required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Communicates and influences effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication including presentation skills
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Able to work nights and weekends if needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Maximo CMMS products or the like
- Experience in the theme park or industry with similar maintenance needs
- Work Management (Work Orders, PMs)
- Material Management (Items, Inventory)
- Asset Management (Equipment, Classifications)
