Classification: Secretary/Admin AsstCompensation: $11.40 to $12.00 per hour
OfficeTeam has is currently seeking a Benefits Coordinator Assistant for one of our clients in the Northern Ocean County area. This position is for a financial services firm, and would be working alongside the Benefits Coordinator Manager. The primary responsibilities for this position would include: gathering specific information from prospective clients/customers, making sure information is data entered correctly, client interaction, general office duties, and special projects as assigned. The hours for this position are 8:30-5, Monday through Friday.
Job Requirements
The requirements for this position would include: strong proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook, a strong desire to succeed, the ability to work as a team and independently, and must have knowledge/experience in the financial services industry!
