Job Description

Job Title:  QA Analyst

Location:  Jersey City, NJ

Duration:  6 Months +

 

As a Senior QTP Test Lead you will be responsible for ensuring the functional requirements of the business units are met by undertaking a thorough and comprehensive set of tests on programming changes that are produced by development staff. You will be working closely with Offshore Automation Team and Manual testers making sure that the automation approach is properly followed. Since this is a hands on position, the candidate would be required to spend most of the time scripting test cases and building a comprehensive Test Suite.

 

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with Insurance domain and specifically with in Casualty, GL and WC domain.
• Extensive (12 year) current experience in a systems development and QA.
• Experience implementing advanced Descriptive Programming techniques for Quick Test Professional
• Advanced Experience with VBA and VB script Programming
• Experienced working with in Java (AJAX) environment

 

Responsibilities include:

• Work proficiently using Quick Test Pro and Quality Center.
• Create automation test script based on provided Manual test cases
• Conduct regression testing as needed.
• Generate Automation test plans and test scripts to test all parts of the applications.
• Execute the test Cases and record the results of the tests.
• Work daily with offshore team members who will require guidance and leadership.
