Make yourself at home with us and start doing your lifes best work.(sm) This is the Engineering Lead position on the SharePoint team and will be intricately involved in NGIS for SharePoint responsible for SharePoint Administration/Collaboration and extensive work on the backend w/ servers, SharePoint Sites and Server Farms. Primary Responsibilities:Key member of Backend support group handling SharePoint and Server Administration. Require in depth knowledge of the internals of SharePoint.Will be responsible for building out a large farm of servers and SharePoint Sites.This team is responsible for Stability & Performance of the Infrastructure. Involved in a lot of Pro-Active work.Requires 10 years or more of relevant IT experience. Resource to senior leadership Develop pioneering approaches to emerging industry trends Industry thought leader.- Practice SME.- Develops solutions that transform the industry. Job Requirements

Undergraduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience.Requires 10 years or more of relevant IT experience. Position requires a minimum of 5 years of SharePoint Administration experience in a large enterprise environment.Requires 1+ years of IT Archtiecture experience.Requires experience with and understanding of SQL.Requires experience with and understanding of F5 software products.Requires exp w/ and understanding of Kerberos (Authentication Software).Requires exp w/ and understanding of SSP - Authentication Software .Prefer Powershell exp (scripting/automation) Its a plus.Any scripting experience with C#/C+ is a plus.Server Farm Administration experience preferredHeath Care experience is a plus not a must have.UnitedHealth Group is working to create the health care system of tomorrow.
