Job Classification: Contract This is a 100% remote contract position with a large Fortune 500 Financial Services Company.Targeted Skills & Competencies: Financial Industry Experience, 403(b) and 457(b) Knowledge,Retirement Technology, Web technologiesExpected Responsibilities:1.Document client commitment needs and work flow diagrams with focus on-boarding and supporting clients. 2. Co-ordinate with internal IT teams to on-board and support any client commitment. 3. Assists with the creation of test plans and testing, documenting and tracking issues and ensuring timely issue resolution 4. Oversees any client change request processes including facilitating meetings with business and technology teams to assist in timely and quality project completion. 5.Experience with gap analysis and strategic road map/blueprint developmentTasks and Responsibilities: 1. This person will be responsible for the full systems life cycle from requirements gathering through implementation of client on boarding solutions. 2.This person will work closely with internal IT and business partners and must demonstrate professional knowledge to ensure that the deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction. 3.Conducts technical analysis sessions with business teams and/or the project team to understand the functional and technical needs of the client and develops technical solutions to meet those needs.4. Provides a variety of technical support to the project team; including quality assurance/design review, troubleshooting, system testing, support, etc.Suggested Experience & Qualifications:1.Good working knowledge with large scale financial applications especially Retirement products like 403(b)/457 would be ideal. 2. Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure on-call environment with changing priorities. 3. Technical experience with systems networking, databases, Web development, and user support. 4. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in a technical environment 5.
