Job Classification: Direct Hire Our client, a prestigious international bank in Jersey City, is looking to hire an Event Management Tools Administrator to join their team on a full time basis.This person will be heavily involved in the implementation and roll out of an enterprise Event Management Tool strategy. They will perform configurations and customizations of Event Management technology in support of a standard tool framework. They will work closely with the ITSM stakeholders in gathering requirements and assisting in the architecture of solutions for the integration of the Event Management solution within the ITSM tool framework. They will assist in the collection and reporting of tool performance metrics and will recommend applicable solutions.Candidates need to have experience implementing and configuring one or more leading Event Management tools. Candidates need to have experience with Manager of Manager implementations. Candidates need to have experience with End to End Visualization/Dashboard technologies. Certifications in an Event Management tool (IBM, HP, or BMC) is a big plus.This position is located in Jersey City.
