DFT Engineer - at Red Bank

Job Description:
DFT skills - Minimum of 10 years experience. Must have experience working independently taking full ownership of DFT implementation. Must have worked on complex ASICs with 40nm or below

a. Experience with scan (including compression) insertion flow
Understanding of scan DRC, hierarchical scan insertion flow, on-chip clock (OCC), test compression.
b. Experience with MBIST flow
c. ATPG tool flow. Understanding of STIL, stuck-at pattern generation, transition pattern generation
d. Experience with ATPG pattern simulation flow SDF annotation, STA, pattern debugging skills
e. Boundary scan (JTAG) 1149.1 & 1149.6, understanding of user test data registers
f. Verilog
g. Scripting tcl, perl, etc.

2.Tools
a. Synopsys DC, Synopsys DFT compiler, Synopsys Star MBIST, Synopsys Tetramax, VCS and/or Cadence NCsim.
