Community Loan Officer at Wayne

Job Description

The Community Loan Officer will originate, service and close loans.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage lending related contracts.
  
• Maintain and service assigned portfolios and cross-sell other bank products; maintain close customer contact to ensure continued satisfaction by following or anticipating additional financing needs.
  
• Process and close loans.
  
• Gain exposure by attending Credit Committee and Criticized Loan Meetings.

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  
• Ability to prioritize and organize assignments.
  
• Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of three years related experience.
  
• Bachelors Degree in a related field preferred.
