The VP will be responsible for building the management teams required to achieve client expectations and developing the operational efficiencies required to achieve project margin goals. The VP will be responsible for analyzing client projects to develop the optimal collection methodology to drive cash and account resolution, and provide forecasted revenue and expenses. The VP must regularly monitor project KPIs, including imports, productivity, quality, collections, etc.
The VP will also be responsible for managing the relationships with all clients, including ensuring accurate and timely reports are provided, proactive feedback is shared, best practices are developed and roadblocks are removed.
Vice President Qualifications (required unless noted otherwise):
- BA/BS in Business or related concentration; graduate degree, preferred
- 7 years experience in the healthcare industry including 4 years experience leading a large Accounts Receivable team
- Hands-on experience and oversight for the billing, follow-up, cash application, and customer service areas, including the ability to represent the revenue cycle at all levels of the organization
- Thorough knowledge of AR services drivers in a healthcare system
- Strong financial acumen; ability to develop budgets, forecast revenue, develop early warning signs and adapt the organization to achieve financial targets
