Currently we are seeking individuals for the following position:

Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager Job Responsibilities

• This role will be tasked with being the central support with customer service and technology teams that supports the mHealth platform.
• Working in a matrixed management approach between the mHealth team and customer service as well as operations, technology and product development will be required.
• Assist in the design and management of the end user customer support process for members in mHealth programs.
• Design and implement end user support processes for the mHealth platform according to customer requirements.
• Help build the flows and scripts necessary to ensure outstanding customer support.
• Collect and analyze data collected by customer care applications and processes to improve efficiency and performance.
• Track key metrics and use them to continually improve the mHealth platform customer experience.
• Metrics such as: Number of people whove called in for service; Types of issues were they having; Number of issues that can be solved with a new feature; Number of issues that can eliminate customer service calls. Seek ways to continually improve the customer experience with the mHealth platform.
• Interface with Customer Care Teams and Technology Support Teams to ensure quality care for mHealth customers.

Job Requirements

 

Senior Project Manager Skills Required to be considered:

• Experience managing implementation processes for complex software products requiring collecting of requirements, data, content, and other assets.
• Ability to consistently hit time lines given complex requirements.
• Experience developing and enhancing customer service process flow is a must.
• Previous experiences in Healthcare customer support a plus.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus

 

Senior Project Manager Education Required:

• Bachelors degree, MBA or business degree preferred.
