Targeted Skills & Competencies:
Analysis of varied and complex situations turn ambiguity, concepts and complexity into simplicity and clarity in presentations
Advanced PowerPoint, Word, Excel (including macros, pivot tables, charting, etc.)
Multi-task manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously
Work independently once assignments are given
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Good listening skills and ability to follow instructions
Ability to come up to speed quickly(quick study).
Expected Responsibilities:
Candidate will support Business Management Office team by assisting with projects. May be called upon to develop presentations, perform data analysis, collect input from multiple teams and summarize data and draw conclusions.
Develop executive level presentations to communicate, educate and influence. Create succinct presentations to tell a story using diagrams, graphs and charts
Revise existing presentations to make them more visual, more clear and cohesive, etc.
Proof and edit spreadsheets, documents and presentations
Perform data analysis, draw conclusions and incorporate summary charts and graphs into presentations
Develop and maintain complex data spreadsheets (or databases). Perform data entry, as necessary
Communicate with various levels of personnel from executive to project level resources to obtain or share information, resolve issues
Communicate via both written and verbal communications
Prepare detailed reports and manage tasks across teams
Prepare status reports and updates
Document current state, future state. Develop procedural documentation.
Analyze current practices and implement process improvements within the Business Management activities, including Job aids, Intranet websites, etc.
Suggested Experience & Qualifications:
Experience creating PowerPoint presentations to sell, influence, educate or inform
Ability to draw from experience in working in large IT organizations(experience with, knowledge of IT development and management practices, PMO activities, etc.)
Need analyst with business accumen and ability to deal with ambiguity and turn concepts into easy to understand visuals and presentations. Will be working with executive management. Former top-tier consultants would make good candidates.
