Description
Job Title: Sr. Analyst, Change Management
Support the training, reporting, organization communications, and knowledge management operations of the Change Execution team.
General responsibilities include:
- plan, manage, and execute training registration and logistics
- prepare classrooms, instructor and participant materials for speaking events
- help develop and manage document knowledge repositories (Sharepoint and Clarity)
- develop tools to enhance team processes
- assist with the administration of surveys, assessments, and organization change communications
Specific activities may include, yet not be limited to:
Organizational Capability Building
Conduct Training Needs Assessments
Develop Change Execution curriculum and training materials
Partner with Corporate Learning and Development to create Change Execution computer-based training
Plan, manage and execute all training registration and logistics
Develop and manage document / knowledge repository
Evaluate training and speaking engagement effectiveness, adjust content and delivery mechanisms accordingly
Prepare classrooms, participant materials, and instructor materials for training / speaking events
Methodology
Assist with the creation of a standardized change management model
Develop tools and training to enhance adoption of change execution principles across all business units
Support Strategic Initiatives
Support the execution of change management plans that build commitment and reduce resistance
Branding and Messaging
Create and manage training event and speaking engagement participant communications
Build positive perception of organizational capabilities; debunk current myths
Plan, craft, and distribute change-related communications across organization, often partnering with Corporate Communications
Manage Change Execution SharePoint site(s)
Requirements include:
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
3-5 years of experience in change management, organizational development or related behavioral science discipline
3-5 years of experience in training, facilitation, and communications
Bachelor Degree in Behavioral Science or related experience
Proven experience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
Proficient with rapid course development tools, especially Captivate and Articulate
Experience designing for Learning Management Systems (LMS) for eLearning distribution.
Knowledge of instructional design principles for classroom and distance learning including development of instructional strategies, course materials, assessment techniques, appropriate integration of instructional technologies and best practices.
Skilled in training needs assessment, designing survey research instruments and analyzing survey results.
Proficient with incorporating a variety of media including graphics, audio, video, animation, and multimedia to support teaching and learning.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under aggressive timeframes
Solid analytical, problem-solving and customer interaction skills
Must be able to work independently with little supervision, as well as in a team

Strong organization skills
Experience with Computer-Based Training development software a plus (e.g. Lectora, Articulate)
Experience with a Learning Management System a plus
