Job Description

Residential Clinician to provide individual assessments and individual, family and group therapy to children, and youth. Work in cooperation with residential team and other providers. Provide crises intervention and case management.

A home-like environment where children, and adolescents feel a sense of belonging as they recover from emotional, behavioral and mental health challenges.

Job Requirements

Strong clinical skills in observation and intervention with young children. Patience and understanding of good relational models of treatment. Current New Jersey, LSW, LCSW, LPC or LMFT with five (5) to ten (10) years of experience with family systems, is required to be considered for the position.

Work Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays 10a-6p, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays 9a-5p.

YCS-Holley Center.

All new hires are required to attend a week orientation: Monday through Monday 8:45am-4:00pm, upon hire.
