This is a senior level position where you will be involved in all phases of the development lifecycle. This role will have leadership responsibilities among the SharePoint department, and will also be in charge of promoting and refining the best practices of the organization.

Required Skills and Responsibilities:
*5+ years of experience in the Microsoft .NET technologies
*4+ years of SharePoint Development experience
*Strong understanding of the SQL Reporting Services
*Ideally 2 plus years in a leadership role: SharePoint experience preferred
*All SharePoint Certifications are a huge plus
*Ideally some experience with Dynamics CRM 4.0
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
