THIS IS A CONTRACT TO HIRE POSITION

What you need to be a member of our team:
-Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
-2+ years of experience providing technical support of an Internet Service Provider or Cloud Computing provider
-Understanding network technology such as firewall configuration
-Ability to handle customer calls in a calm fashion
-Great communication skills
-Strong ability to troubleshoot issues
-Great team attitude
-Experience in supporting web conferencing or video conferencing is a huge plus
