Product Development Manager

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER POSITION DETAILS: The Product Development Manager is responsible for working with manufacturers to develop and customize products and packaging concepts from vision to final market execution.

The Product Development Manager will be responsible for identifying supplier capabilities, establishing critical paths and key product development timelines. The Product Development Manager is also responsible for working closely with Sales and Marketing groups to successfully develop and prepare customer-specific presentations and product offerings as well as coordinating with the Customer Service & Logistics department to ensure on-time & complete deliveries.

Domestic & International travel of about 10% is required.
EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND:
Candidate should have 10+ years of Product Development and Marketing experience in the food industry.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills are critical, as is an exceptional work-ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

The successful candidate must be able to effectively react and adapt in a high-energy environment with shifting responsibilities, timelines and priorities. A commitment to superior work quality and personal pride in customer service is vital to this position.

Proficiency in mathematics, Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.

Experience in the Club Channel an asset.
