• Job Responsibilities:

Primary Skill Requirement: 

• Expert Excel reporting skills required; Logistics and vendor management experience required

 Job Responsibilities: 

• Candidate must have strong Logistics background with Expert Excel skills for reporting.
• Responsibilities include: Ensure the on-time delivery and uninterrupted flow of materials to meet project requirements, integrating with production planning to manage the accuracy of forecasts, initial print quantities, and available inventories.
• Merge distribution jobs together where it makes sense to save funds and utilize Best Cost.
• Provide and communicate daily POP & collateral inventory reporting for all National and Area warehoused items to internal/external clients.
• Work with HQ to manage all NEA POP & Collateral Distribution lists through the National warehouse.
• Manage samples of all current collateral, set up/manage AREA ordering process.
• Provide, communicate and archive tracking reports for all NEA distributions and orders.

 Qualifications:

• BA or BS degree required
• Must possess expert proficiency in MS Excel
• 1-2 years vendor management experience required
• 1-2 years logistics warehouse/distribution experience required
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in high pressure, deadline driven, and changing environments
• Strong Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Overtime required during heavy production/distribution periods
• Understanding of various sales channels a plus
• Must be able to multi-task
