Our client, located in Parsippany, New Jersey, seeks a Senior Implementation Specialist. The position will be responsible for heading up a project for new client implementations by utilizing the companys platforms through a combination of configuration and client-specific development as well as maintaining and enhancing existing client implementations and solving complex problems.
Duties:
*Implement new client applications as well as maintain existing products and solve complex problems
*Interpret functional requirements into software, enhancements, and solutions
*Interact with internal resources and external customers
*Interact with clients to obtain technical details regarding problems or new development
*Interact with other groups inside and outside of the department (business analysts, quality assurance, documentation, support, etc.) to gather project requirements or communicate project status
*Write XML, PowerShell, and SQL scripts
Candidates must meet the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise):
*Minimum 3 years of experience in a client facing role
*Ability to read VB.NET code and do light debugging
*Experience in a software company that implemented and sold software products in a competitive marketplace
*Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and entrepreneurial environment
*Strong ability to positively interact with core product team; gaining and disseminating knowledge and influencing product direction
