Test & Measurement Product Manager at Edison

Dranetz is one of the leading manufacturers of intelligent monitoring solutions for electrical demand, as well as energy and power quality.  Our parent company, Gossen Metrawatt, a German based leader in the Test & Measurement field, would like to expand their sales in the USA/Canada.  This position will lead the product management efforts of the Gossen Metrawatt family of products, and will be based in Edison, New Jersey.  Requirements

Responsible for identifying/prioritizing business opportunities through market analysis.

Assist sales personnel and customers with technical support of products.

Analyze product pricing and competitive activity; make recommendations in regard to business performance improvement, to include product pricing and positioning.

Ensure that the content contained in product brochures, case studies, and the website is updated in a timely manner.

Assist with driving demand creation.

Develop sales plans with sales personnel.

Other duties as required.

 

 

Profile:

3 to 5 years of Test & Measurement product management experience

A manufacturing background

A broad knowledge of sales, marketing and business administration

Strong communication and presentation skills

Exposure to imported products

Ability to travel in the USA, Canada and Germany

BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or business
