They will also be a liaison between Producer Licensing and Marketing Field staff by helping marketing field adhere and understand our workflows and various updates throughout the year.
Other responsibilities:
Review pending work, grouping work together geographically to maximize efficiency
Schedule inspections using the Scheduler dashboard, Radius, Outlook Calendar, and Outlook tasking
Send out confirmation emails or faxes to confirm appointments
Prioritize work (COC, Brush, Pre-Inspects) to support zone’s timliness goals
Organize and plan target trip inspections for RMS field staff as requested or needed?
Responding to questions from Brokers, Clients, RMS and PCG staff on status of RMS pending inspections
Escalating requests to UW when appointment cannot be scheduled.
Supports Risk Managers with daily request management, calendar management, and time management to help ensure goals are met.
Special projects as needed (i.e. Missing inspection and Re-Inspection project)

• Updates and maintains our new appointment and producer management sections of the intranet
• Keeps the Marketing Coordinators abreast of information learned from Licensing and the Home office Marketing Manager
• Approves and reviews termination letters by researching the state laws in Oden

• Delegates responsibilities and mentors Central Zone Marketing Coordinator
• Ensure the new broker and individual appointment process operatessmoothly by being the marketing rep’s liaison on what paperwork needs tobe filled out. Process the appointment in a timely manner.
•Supports Field Marketing with all the producer management tasks by beingtheir liaison on what paperwork needs to be filled out and onlysubmitting complete paperwork to licensing so that tasks are completedin a timely manner.
• Distribute effective communications tothe Field Marketing staff on changes to our producer forms so that weremain compliant and requests are promptly processed.
•Support the other Zone Marketing Coordinator’s by being a back up, teamplayer and helping with tactics and techniques on how to maintain a goodrelationship with the Field Marketing staff.
• Assistlicensing with compliance initiatives by collecting any importantdocuments needed in order to be compliant with all Department ofInsurance regulations and internal audit.
• Distribute Marketing Brochures and manage inventory for the Zone
• Help coordinate Zone marketing events
