Senior Compliance Officer - Surveillance at Jersey

The E-Surveillance Team is part of the Compliance unit of the Investment Bank. It is responsible for reviewing the email of the employees who conduct the business of the Firm, such as bankers, brokers and traders.

The E- Surveillance team has openings for two JuniorAnalysts to cover the Commercial Banking business.



Responsibilities:

• Reviewing email of company employees for adherence to firm and regulatory rules and for appropriateness.
• Conducting both routine and special inquiries as required or requested. Performing routine administrative duties and reviews.
• Working with both business and compliance managers to resolve instances of apparent deviations from firm and regulatory rules.

 RequirementsTo be considered for the position you will need to have:

• Four year college degree.
• Prior experience within a financial services/securities environment.
• Experience in Compliance or Surveillance preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Commercial Banking desirable but not required.
