Investment banking client needs a solid Java TECH LEAD developer who will manage 10-12 developers sitting in various locations within USA (Must have excellent communication skills)

Title - Java/J2ee/Spring - Technology Lead Developer 

Duration - 12-18 months contract

Location - Edison  NJ/Charlotte NC

This is an immediate****Phone Hire *****..... Need resumes ASAP

Must be available to interview immediately and join in 2-3 weeks duration

This is a REMOTE position however may need to initially will work from NJ/NC  for the first month. 
Rates - 75/hr
 

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 10-12 developers (onsite/offshore model)
• Excel in project management methodologies, planning & scheduling. Role involves extensive coordination and documentation skills.
• Responsible for assisting in customization and development of back-end application systems.
• Designs, programs, and codes software in response to specific business requirements.
• Understands how to optimize joint development efforts through appropriate project design, database use, code creation, and software architecture.
• Develops design specifications in compliance with IT Architecture.

Absolute MUST HAVE’S for this role  

8 + years of background in Java J2ee development and OO programming and patterns.

Min 5 years’ experience working as a TECH LEAD (Not Architect)

Knowledge and experience with Spring MVC framework.

Must have Web Services exp..

SOAP UI/REST/Hibernate

Agile/Waterfall/ incremental software development and Business Analysis practices.

RECENT financial/investment banking experience (Like BOA/JMPC/WELLS/AIG/MetLife Investments/ Charles Schwab etc. ) – Min 3 years
