Project Manager, HR Operations at Park Ridge

Overview:

Experienced in project management, the successful candidate will provide thoughtful and focused support in driving results in the completion of projects. Complete and provide insightful analysis of key project and program data in order to educate team members and center of expertise leads and HR leaders of the overall status of programs and projects.
Assist in the design, maintenance and deployment of PMO procedures, processes, metrics and reports.

The key responsibilities for the incumbent are:

• Manage the project plan, risks and benefits assessed and execution of specific deliverables
• Complete miscellaneous requests, processes, analysis and reports which help to guarantee success of individual projects and programs at large
• Conduct external research and benchmarking on trends and opportunities that are relevant to talent, learning and diversity
• Collaborate with project team members and center of expertise leaders to drive elements of the holistic plan
• Provide insightful analysis of data and key metrics to educate management of program trends. Synthesize complex or large amounts of data into concise executive-ready reports
• Track decisions, risks and issues and report on issue trends, lead action item process and conduct issue review meetings, analyze completion of PMO work plan
• Assist the development and maintenance of major program tracking / statuses associated with the global people strategy for Hertz

Ability to: Drive the completion of several projects at once; understand and apply processes and methodologies relating to data, key metrics and reporting; evaluate in flight processes and make efficiency suggestions; synthesize large amounts of data and communicate key messages in concise, executive-ready formats.

Working knowledge of :

Knowledge of project management systems, data sources and organizational responsibilities, change management communications. Knowledge of project management tools and processes

Advanced knowledge of:

MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Access, Project and PowerPoint etc).
Bachelors Degree required
PMI/PMP Certification a plus
