RESTAURANT OPERATIONS / MANAGER

In this role were looking for someone who has experience in a restaurant environment along with:

• 2+ year of supervisory / restaurant manager experience OR fast-track capability
• Fast Casual, Casual or Family Dining Concept experience preferred
• The ability to hop on the line while running a shift... and know what youre doing (were an exciting concept but you will have to get your hands dirty).
• A strong sense of urgency and a high level of energy.
• A great team-oriented outlook (you have to inspire your team to achieve excellent results).
• Responsibility since this is a management position
• A drive to ensure product quality and guest satisfaction
