The ideal candidate will possess the ability to provide the administrative support necessary to keep our active finance office running seamlessly and efficiently.
5 + years experience bookkeeping is required.
Strongorganizational and conversational skills, great work ethic, positive attitude, excellent spelling and grammar, and attention to detail.
Required accounting skills include: accounts payable/receivable, account reconciliations, quarterly sales tax filing, deposits and financial reports, must understand double entry bookkeeping debits/credits.
Experience with Quick books a MUST!
Candidates must have the maturity to use discretion and diplomacy in all aspects of the job. Salary is commensurate with experience.
